Completed orders weighing less than 1kg will be despatched by Royal Mail's Signed For service and the standard carriage charge will be reduced to £4.50 for mainland UK deliveries. Any adjustment to the carriage charge is made when the goods have been weighed and are ready for despatch. For all orders received outside mainland UK we will notify you before processing your order if an additional carriage charge applies. | Shipping And Handling Carriage on all mainland UK orders is set at £7.50. This amount will be reduced to £4.50 for orders weighing less than 1kg when packaged and a reduction will be made to the carriage charge . For all orders received outside mainland UK we will calculate the cost of carriage and notify you before processing your order. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
