Sometimes, your needs change and you may need to cancel part or your entire order. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unwanted or wrong item ordered
You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be incurred. Do this by contacting us by telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Once we've received your return we'll process your refund within 30 days.
Note: Please remember that the responsibility of the item is yours until we've successfully received the item. We always recommend using signed for delivery options.
Faulty or incorrect item received
Occasionally faulty items do occur and we'll do our best to put it right straight away. If you receive a faulty or an incorrect item, we'll offer you a replacement (this is at no cost to you). If you feel this is not satisfactory, we'll give you a full refund and you'll be required to return the item to us. Faulty items should be returned to us within 30 days to allow a prompt refund.
Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
