These Terms and Conditions are updated periodically and we encourage you to check them regularly for any updates to our terms of business.
Pricing and Information
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Prices displayed are correct at time of entry, and what the law calls an "invitation to treat". You cannot insist that a shop sells you anything at a marked price, whether or not they have made a mistake. Under law, a retailer is entitled to decide the price they want to charge for for goods.
If by mistake we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
Our aim is to provide high quality products delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We hold a large range of stock products and many of our made to order items can be despatched the same day with everything usually being turned around in 2-4 days.*
*Please note that made to order pipe identification tapes do take a little longer due to the manufacturing process.
Once you place an order and an item is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch email. The email will contain your delivery tracking number.
Once you receive your goods, please check everything carefully and contact us immediately on 01348 840 675 if you have any queries concerning your order. Any shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

When you place your order, you are given a choice of delivery options. The timescales shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The cost of any import duties or taxes are not included in our prices. We will not be responsible for any additional charges for importing goods.
Occasionally we offer larger discounts on orders with a minimum quantity, this is defined by either number of items in the basket, or basket value. We reserve the right to amend or remove these discounts at any time.
Payment and Currency
We accept Visa, MasterCard and we charge in Pound Sterling. If you are shopping from a non-UK country, please place your order in the normal way, and your card issuer will convert the order to your currency.
An order cancellation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for funds to show in your relevant account.
If you choose, you can setup a user account during checkout. This is simple to do, allows you to keep track of your purchases, delivery addresses and order statuses.
You will need to enter a valid email address which we can contact you on, and provide a password. We ask you to keep this secure - our team do not have access to see this. If you forget your password, you can reset it.
Our payments are secured by Opayo (foremerly SagePay) for credit and debit card payments. We do not store your card information and our Customer Service teams do not have access to your card details.
